Shareena Jadhav is the founder and principal of Ashva Legal.
She founded Ashva Legal with a clear purpose — to practice law differently. To bridge the gap between the law and the people it affects, and to give clients the knowledge and confidence to resolve their matters on their own terms.
Since 2008, Shareena has not only brought legal expertise but genuine empathy and commercial insight to every client relationship. In 2018, she became an Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution — one of the few practitioners to earn that recognition, reserved for those with an exceptional depth of knowledge and skill.
Known for delivering sharp, strategic solutions, she cuts through the noise with calm precision — and an unwavering commitment to making sure every client leaves better informed, better positioned, and ready to move forward.
The Ashva Story
Ashva is Sanskrit for "horse." The mark in our logo is a chess knight — the piece that moves at oblique angles and can leap obstacles other pieces can't pass.
